LUIS CHAVEZ
Luis Chavez is a seasoned criminal defense attorney with decades of legal experience. A graduate of South Texas College of Law, he has been practicing since 1989 and is licensed in both Texas State and Federal Courts. He is a board-certified personal injury lawyer since 1995 and an active member of prominent legal organizations, including the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
FELIX NEBOH
Felix Neboh is a criminal defense attorney at The Chavez Law Firm and a certified NFL agent with Milk and Honey Sports. Born and raised in Odessa, Texas, Felix graduated from Permian High School, earned his bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Truman State University, and received his Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law. SHANE O’NEAL
Shane O’Neal is a criminal defense attorney representing clients across West Texas in serious state and federal cases. A former Assistant Federal Public Defender and judicial clerk, he brings deep courtroom and appellate experience to every case. Shane is Board Certified in Criminal Appellate Law and is fluent in Spanish.

Legal Assistant/IT Tech Lesli has been part of the Chavez Law Firm team for almost six years. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending quality Ime with family and friends, playing soccer, and embracing life as a proud dog mom to two Dobermans, Rex and Dak.
Legal Assistant / Client Consultant “Boy” has been with the firm since 1982 and is a great friend of Tony Chavez. Born and raised in Presidio, he's known locally for being involved in local horse races.
Legal Assistant / Brian Chavez's Personal Assistant Born and raised in El Paso, Viora earned her Bachelor of Science degree from UTEP. She moved to Odessa in 2016 to work for the Chavez Law Firm and is also a former bilingual educator. She enjoys traveling and taking frequent trips back to El Paso to visit family and indulge in the Mexican cuisine.
Office Manager Michael started his career three years back in 2019 for five months before ge`ng called back to the federal district courts in Midland and Abilene, Texas. He spent 19 years with the federal court system. He came back in January 2024 and has been here ever since, taking on the duty of Office Manager.
Chief Financial Officer Irma graduated from UTEP in 1970 and earned her Master's in EducaIon from Stephen F. AusIn State University in 1982. She made history as the first Hispanic/LaIna woman principal in Ector County and is proudly known as the "Matriarch" and "First Lady" of The Chavez Law Firm.
Legal Assistant / Client Consultant Manager Jake has been an employee of the firm for 23 years. He graduated from Tech in 1997 with a bachelor's degree. He has three children.
Legal Assistant / Driver's License Specialist Mony graduated from Permian in 1984 and started working at the firm in August 1990 as a recepIonist. She's now a legal assistant. She has two sons.
Blanca DeLeon
Legal Assistant / Front Desk Coordinator Blanca has been working for the law firm for 10 years as of May 31. She graduated from Odessa High School in 1991 and has lived in Odessa for over 45 years.
